  • We almost tasted every dish here. Whenever we go there, we order food on a phone call and ask them to cook it vegan. The food and service are good. Previously, we tried Kao soi, Basil Fried Rice, Massaman Curry, Pad Thai, etc. Today, we ordered Yellow Curry and Veg Fried rice. It is awesome.

  • Rama House has been a life saver after long days at work, when sick, and when I needed to enjoy a meal with friends. They prepare every dish with care, service is fast and courteous, and quality is reflected in the price. My brother and dad, who’ve been to Thailand loved the food, my dad so much that I have to take Penang curry to Georgia whenever I travel. I’m partial to their pad see ew and pad garlic. It’s tucked away between a dental office and bustling Mexican restaurants which make it easy to miss but it’s definitely a hidden gem for anyone who enjoys Thai food and wants high quality food.

  • We haven’t been here in a while and it is still fantastic. Wonderful atmosphere to sit down for a nice meal. Clean. Had the Floating Rama and the peanut sauce was excellent and I am always on the hunt for the perfect peanut sauce. This sauce is different from many others and is more of a soup and they give you a spoon. Huge mug of hot tea perfectly brewed. Portion size is medium and while I often have leftovers with Thais and I inhaled everything because it was so good. The vegetables were plentiful and crispy. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Will be returning. Definitely stop by and wake up this sleeper hit restaurant.

  • This place is amazing and the food is really tasty. My favorite was the chicken skewer. My partner got the Avocado curry and asked to add pineapple lol at the end it was amazing with the pineapple lol. They are great with gluten free and dairy free if you ask them. We loved seating outside with our dogs. The service is great as well. This place is really nice.

  • Big snowstorm prevented me from venturing far, was going to check out a highly rated Mexican restaurant, but unfortunately they were closed- fortunately Rama House was right next door! I have limited experience with Thai food so take my words with a grain of salt, but in my experience peanut oil is king in this cuisine. Rama House offered some excellent honest dishes- I had the drunken noodles and vegetable delight- both arrived piping hot and veggies were fresh and delicious! If peanut oil was present, it did not overpower these dishes. Because there are many businesses nearby I imagine a lot of their work is takeout, but I would encourage you to dine in- server was very helpful (explained that their spice levels are tailored to a typical Washingtonian tongue rather than a Thai tongue- I found level “3” to be pleasantly spicy without burning the lips!) Decor is nice with comfortable seating. Thank you for having me!

  • The pad see ew and pork belly with green beans was excellent. The Tom yum was very good x the pad Thai was ok. The crab Rangoon would not get again. Though cooked well there was little to no crab. The mangoes and sticky rice was actually nice as well
